Shipping and delivery

What are your shipping charges?

If each order with amount is under USD60, there is USD5 extra shipping charge. If over USD60, will be free shipping.

How long does it take to ship?

Order will be processed within 5 working days and normally need around 10-20 working days for delivering the products, tracking number will be provided by email. PLEASE NOTE MOBO does not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or on Hong Kong public holidays.

Can MOBO ship item to my region/country?

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses. Please check with us cs@imobo.com.hk if you are not sure the region/country is available to ship or not.

Returns

We want you to enjoy your shopping experience with us, but if you would like to return a product, please check our Warranty.

Returns is only available the products bought from our website, products which buy from other seller sources such as Amazon, eBay etc. are not available for return.
